These little morsels are packed with protein and delicious too! I also made a version using apricots and vanilla protein powder.
- 2 cups mashed bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 tbsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup honey (optional if you want it a little sweeter)
- pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients together, line a cupcake baking sheet with cups, and bake for about 40 minutes at 375. Yummy!
