Hip or Lower Back Pain? 20 minute Solution Workout!

Many times when we have pain in our bodies, we don't realize that it's linked to weaknesses in seemingly unrelated muscles.  I put this easy to follow 20 minute workout together for those of you who suffer from hip, lower back, and knee pain, but really anyone can benefit from it; I still do these exercises on a regular basis to keep a past injury from flaring up.  You don't need any equipment, and can do these exercises as your warmup, cooldown, or in front of the TV.  Enjoy!
